Tasting Notes:

This wine is predominantly Cabernet Savingnon gently blended with Cabernet Franc and Shiraz. It exhibits elegant aromas of blackcurrant mingled with French Oak. This, in conjunction with its deep red colour are the first hints of the quality of this wine. The wine has silky tannins and ripe fruit that combine to provide a rich and very smooth finish.

Multi-award winning wine and not hard to understand why. It’s all so controlled, balanced and tightly woven, yet the deep and penetrating flavours are sustained and long. It’s still quite closed and I’d recommend decanting to let it open up. 92/100
