Tasting Notes:

The premium fruit used has been exclusively sourced from our own Springfield Park vineyard. This wine has had twenty months in European and American oak.

Colour - Deep Red

Bouquet - Lifted varietal fruit, lovely integration of the two varieties, neither too dominant, blackberry, dark cherry, violet, quality earthy oak.

Palate - Rich and luscious, well weighted, nicely layered Cabernet characters over solid Shiraz backbone.  Good silky fine grain tannins, black fruits, quality oak infusion.
