We only deliver within Australia.

Delivery is charged per case of 12 bottles.

For orders of two or more cases delivery is FREE.

 

Western Australia.
12 bottles (one case) delivered in WA is $7 (does not include insurance).

Other Australian States.
12 bottles (one case) delivered to all other states is $20 which includes up to $200 of insurance.

About the Shopping cart

For your convenience, the shopping cart appears in a separate window. The following points explain each step of the shopping process in detail.

1. Choosing. When you click on an "Add" button, the wine of your choice is added to your Shopping Cart in the quantity you selected - one bottle or one case.

2. Reviewing. You may review the contents of your Shopping Cart at any time by clicking the "View Cart" button in the left-hand column. To continue shopping click "Continue Shopping".

3. Ready to purchase. Firstly, go to the Shopping Cart window (click"View Cart"). Review what is in your cart and make sure that you have, a) a quantity of bottles that is a multiple of 12 (the 12 can be made up from any wines), and b) ample delivery per case. You may adjust the quantities by entering your desired number and clicking "Update Basket". When you are happy with your order click the "Secure Checkout" button to proceed.

4. Secure Checkout. In the Checkout you may choose to pay by credit card, or if you have one, via your PayPal account. Be assured that the information you are entering is securely hosted by PayPal.

4a. Credit card. If you are paying by credit card, click the "Secure Checkout" button.

4b. PayPal. If you are paying by PayPal, log-in.

5. Postage and billing. Enter your postage details click "Continue Checkout". In the next window you enter your billing details. Click "Continue Checkout" to continue. If you are paying via PayPal, this information will be entered automatically.

6. Make payment. In this window you may review your order. To complete and process your purchase click the "Pay" button. You will see a confirmation window and be sent an email confirming your payment.

Wine quantity - important. We only deliver multiples of 12 bottles (the minimum order is 12). You may order a selection of wines totalling 12 (mixed case), and by the case. Check the bottle total in the shopping cart before you submit your order. Delivery is FREE for orders of two cases or more.

 

Privacy Policy

Rosenthal Wines is committed to protecting your personal information and complying with the requirements and the spirit of the Commonwealth Privacy Act 1998.

We do not collect personal information when you visit our site unless you place an order with us.

When you place an order you will be asked for certain personal information, including your name, e-mail address, delivery address and telephone number.  We may share some of that information with those third parties involved in the processing of your order (such as your credit card issuer and the courier that delivers your order) but will do so only to the extent which is absolutely necessary . Under no circumstances will we share your personal details with third parties for marketing purposes unrelated to Rosenthal Wines.

We do not want to send emails to you if you would prefer not to receive them. Simply let us know by email or telephone if you do not wish to receive emails from us.
