The Naomi is always produced as a classical Australian blend with the dominance of Cabernet or Shiraz varying from vintage to vintage. The 2010 Naomi is 75% Cabernet and 25% Shiraz reminiscent of the 2005 vintage which won four gold medals and four trophies.
Winemakers notes. Colour - deep red with a purple hue. Bouquet - attractive aromatics of ripe, red berry fruits, cassis and cigar box with underlying aromas of cherry oak spice. Palate - the flavoursome palate is rich with plum and cherry fruit characters, complemented by mocha notes and clove spice. Firm acidity and fine powdery tannins provide lovely length. |

The premium fruit used has been exclusively sourced from our own Springfield Park vineyard. The wine has had 20 months in European and American Oak.

 Winemakers notes. Colour - deep red with a purple hue. Bouquet - Luscious dary berry fruits combine with licorice and spice that overlays subtle vanilla oak. Palate - medium bodied with sweet fruit and fine soft tannins. The mid palate is rich with sweet berry fruits of ripe plums and savoury notes. The fine yet firm tannins combine with good acidity to provide great structure and texture.
