Deluxe from the first sniff. Beautifully fragrant and scented aromas of leafy red berry and a touch of tobacco leaf. It’s quite Coonawarra-like. Fine, effortlessly long palate strikes good balance. Seamless and poised. Classy wine. 93/100
Multi-award winning wine and not hard to understand why. It’s all so controlled, balanced and tightly woven, yet the deep and penetrating flavours are sustained and long. It’s still quite closed and I’d recommend decanting to let it open up. 92/100 |
